Mend Accenta Activate Alarm

How can I activate my Accenta alarm?

Ever since I have lived in my apartment I have never known the 4 digit code for my Accenta alarm. It is deactivated. For insurance reasons and my own personal safety I would like to reset it and have it activated - how do I go about this?

Clare, you need to default the panel and reprogramme it, if you don't feel confident in doing this its best to get an engineer.
