How do I access belt on my Hotpoint Dryer Deluxe 9305W Model?

I believe the belt has gone on this dryer which is about 12 years old. I am trying to get access to it but can't even get the casing off! Can anyone help. I don't want to order a new belt if that is not the problem, and if it is I want to be able to replace it myself. The motor is going but drum won't turn. Have been having to push the drum manually to start for some time and I think it has given up the ghost. Any replies would be most welcome. Thanks.
