how can i fix my fiat scudo stereo?

my stereo displays '4 ERROR' how do i fix it? I have a Fiat Scudo van 2004

Fiat Audio, In-Car Audio Fiat Scudo Van

Leave the radio turned off when driving, and after a while may be a couple of hours or when you come to start it the radio will prompt for *Code in* and display ****. Enter your 4 digit reset code for the radio. If you do not have the code then you will have try websites or go to a Fiat dealer who will probably charge you for the code.
