Mend Worcester Bosch 24CDi Heating Thermostat

Worcester Bosch 24CDi has lost the signal from the thermostat?

Please can anyone help. Our boiler seems to have lost the signal from the thermostat and so we have no heating and no hot water. I have tried the reset button and have reset the thermostat. I am sure it must be something simple, can you help? Many thanks
