Ariston washing machine margherita the konbe or timer is keep on turning?

I have ariston margherita washing machine there is a slite leakage and it is not spinning fully and the timer is keep on turning i have changed the drain pump and still i am facing the same promlem any body could tell me what is wrong with it?
