I have posted the manual for the "Breville Breadmaster" on my flickr photostream.

The pages aren't great quality (scans supplied by Breville customer services) and are not in a sensible order but if you view/download the largest versions (go to "all sizes" then select "original") then you can view all the recipe information that you need.
