Mend Baumatic BT2750 Fan Oven

Baumatic fan oven BT2750?

Oven working fine, then started making loud clicking noise as if fan was touching something. Also red glow at back of oven. Immediately turned it off. Next day turned oven on. Fan working, but not heating up?

Any ideas what is wrong.
