Mend Ariston A/23 MFFI COMBI Combi Heating Heat Exchanger

A chilling problem, ARISTON A/23 MFFI COMBI?

Whilst running any hot tap,shower etc, the boiler will only run for about one minute then go off with cold water coming from the tap for about two mins, it then gets hot again for one min and so on and so on. I am aware that combi's do this, but i dont believe it should be to this extent. I have changed the heat exchanger, but still the same problem. ANY IDEAS ????????????

It is obvious that water thermostat and temperature regulation for flowing water doesn't work properly. Try to change thermostat(NTC sensor).
