Mend Ford Mondeo 2003 Central Locking Door Lock

Central locking problem with Mondeo 2003?

The drivers door lock wont open or lock using remote, have to do it with key. It locks, but opens straight away. I'm guessing it needs a new motor and was wondering how to change it. Or is there another solution?
