how can i fix my cda dual fuel cooker cd9002/3?

Had the same problem, set your oven to the setting with two horizontal bars one above and one below the fan symbol, and a LOW temperature (e.g. 50C). you should be able to feel both the upper and lower heating elements becoming warm (Upper is 1000W £49.99 http://www.4delonghi.co.uk/cgi-bin/product.pl?PID=958124&query=OVEN%20ELEMENT, Lower is 1400W £33.99 http://www.4delonghi.co.uk/cgi-bin/product.pl?PID=955111&query=OVEN%20ELEMENT)
You may still be able to get to 250C by using the circular element (2500W) which surrounds your fan. To use this element set the control knob to the symbol with a fan inside a circle (fourth setting anti-clockwise) mine worked fine as I had never previously used it! got to 250C in about 10 minutes! Thanks to CDA for designing in a spare heater element :-)

I have exactly the same issue and our cooker gets stuck at 150'c too. I have a feeling that the bottom element has gone, which is ~£30, but I have not had a chance to look into how difficult it is to replace. CDA charge £79.90 as a standard repair (labour) cost plus the spares, so if they effected the repair you are looking at £110.
