maxSHRED model WM-525SB automatic feed problems?

The automatic feed won't initiate but reverse is still functional.
RepairS attempted to date:
cleared all paper jams
oiled the cutting tines.
Please advise if this unit is repairable. If not what is the cost of the unit's shredding mechanism?
