There is a code for this problem but either dealership or radio company will need to help ya .....yep they got ya ......one way you have to go back to dealership for repairs
Might try a local radio shop that installs radios ect but there was a master code on GM radios we used even if customer had put in his own code .....I relize this is a deal in case radio is stolen but its just another headache ........
