Matsui 20T20 run NTSC dvds?

I have had my Matsui 20T20 for a while now it works a charm.
I wish to buy some Region 1 only DVDs, this mean I must buy a multi region DVD player.

Does the 20T20 support NTSC players for example the
BBK DV971 DVD-player?
