HOW DO I STOP MY TRUCK FROM VIBRATING?

WHEN I'M RUNNING ABOUT 65 MPH(@ 2000 RPM) AND JUST BARELY GIVE HER GAS, I GET A VIBRATION. THE TRANSMISSION SEEMS TO WORK GREAT AND IT DOES IT WHEN I DRIVE IN OVERDRIVE AND DRIVE.AS SOON AS IT DOWNSHIFTS IT'S FINE.
