Fire the chainsaw up, on tickover, turn the low speed air adjuster clockwise until the chainsaw faulters then turn counter clockwise until it ticks over smoothly then adjust the tickover. Rev up fully and then turn in the high speed carb adjuster, the chainsaw will rev freely and at higher revs when the mixture is on the weak side which will be when the screw is almost fully in - turn counterclockwise until a slight "burble" is heard in the chainsaws note.
This works for my Stihl 009 and Husky 345
