You need to fill the boiler and bleed the radiators. To do this you will need to find the filling loop! This is usually a flexible braided pipe that is linked between the cold mains water pipe and the central heating return pipe. The usual place for this is below the boiler, but it could be anywhere on the system. It is good practise to install it near to the boiler so that you can see how much pressure is in the boiler when you are topping it up. The filling loop could have black taps to operate it, or you might need a flat bladed screwdiver. If it is the screwdriver type, be aware that you only turn it a quater of a turn, the off position looks like a quater past nine on a clock, the FULLY on position looks like six o'clock. With all the radiators bled, and the system COLD, the pressure should read 1- 1.5 BAR. By the way, some boilers have integral filling loops(you still need to manually top up pressure), what type of boiler is it, make & model?
