How can I fix my Candy CM1 146 smart activa washing machine?

Why is the washing cycle not completing, it appears not to be spinning, when the cycle is finished the stain vanish and end time lights both flash and the door security light does not flash. When I turn off the washer and wait aI can then open the door but the cloths have not been rinsed or spun.
I have checked the filter and run several programs all having the same outcome. When put on spin only the drum turns but does not fast spin
