Mend Durabrand PH3238 Model Night Started

why is my phone beeping?

I have a Durabrand Model PH3238 and last night it started to beep every few minutes. I changed the batteries but it continued to beep. I unhooked it and removed the batteries, it’s still beeping. My manual doesn’t say anything about it.
What’s going on with my phone?
