How can I fix my Beko WMA 520 W washing machine?

It gets to a certain point in the cycle then stops. The lights are still on but it will not drain out. If I drain it manually through the filter thing it will then move on to the spin cycle but although it looks and sounds to be spinning fine, the clothes come out dripping wet.

At the end of the cycle when it is empty of clothes, if I turn the drum round I can hear lots of water sloshing around somewhere under the drum and water comes back into the drum through the holes in it.
