rewiring a two way switch?

i have all the wires needed but have no clue as to where they go. there are 3 brown three blue and three earth wires,[these i have fastend to the earth point in the back of the socket] it is a set of internal on one switch and a set of external on the other as a porch and kitchen light for example. so there is power going in on one line, a line for internal and a line for external. any help would be great

Somewhat confused by your question... suspect you are attempting to wire an external light to be controlled by two switches - one indoors and one outdoors...

This link may help... second picture is easier to understand...

http://www.electronics-project-design.com/LightSwitchWiring.html

LIVE needs to pass through both switches for the lamp to illuminate so that either switch may interrupt the supply. Live in to one switch - two paths for live to travel to second switch - one path from second switch to the lamp the other side of which connects to Neutral.

There should be no "neutrals" connected to either of the switches.

New Euro wiring has Brown for Live and Blue for Neutral.

Good luck...Take care...
