Mend Ford 5000RDS Locked 13

How do you unlock a Ford 5000RDS?

Hi,

I have a Ford 5000RDS and the display says "locked" and there's the number 13 in the bottom left of the display. I have the keycode for the stereo but no matter how many times I try and enter it the stereo stays locked? Any ideas?
