ford transit locked 13 radio?

Hi, i have a problem with my Ford Transit 2003, radio 6000 CD RDS E.O.N,
its was locked 13 when i bought it,
i was wondering how can i get it unlocked and get the code ,
the Serial number is M456912,

Ford Audio, In-Car Audio Locked 6000 Cd

Your code is 7104.

But, unfortunately, special equipment is necessary to unlock the "LOCKED13" condition.

You may try to hold the "6" preset button while turning the radio on, but I think that it will not help you.
