Mend Starts Half Hour

How can I fix the fan on my laptop?

My laptop starts making a crackling sound after about half an hour. I think it is the fan although I am not absolutely sure.

Take it to Best Buy or a computer store service store and tell them what is wrong they should be able to fix the fan or whatever it maybe.
