Possible your inlet valve (in your machine) is clogged or your valve on the wall is not fully opened. Plug off the wall and check; check to see if the valve is sending out water in good presssure. Then check the rubber pipes from the valve to the dispenser box. This is done by opening the top of your machine; normally there are three rubber tubes.

hi we have a smart series 7 that would only dribble water when using cold water. The 12v pump wasn't working. for about $25 i got a new pump and working fine now. It is the pump under the controls where the water pipes go itno the back of the machine
