how do i lock the timing pulleys before changing the belt ??

Ford Ford Transit Vehicles, Cars Transit Timing Belt Engine Timing

remove timing cover, two holes - 1 in pump 1 in cam align with holes in engine block, also on crank shaft - left hand side of engine timing pins in all three holes, remove belt, replace with new.
