Mend Ford Mondeo 2.0L Car Steering Turning

Broke down?

My car has broken down its a ford mondeo 2lt, the steering has been sticking for the past few days when turning left, now there is a really loud banging, sounds like the wheel is coming off (but its not)

its deffo the cv joint seems like it snapped in the hub almost like you have a punture when driving also the banging noise is the joint spinning around freely

im no expert i just drive a vectra
