Mend Ferroli Hawk 11 Boiler Constant Hot

how can i fix my ferroli hawk 2 boiler?

my ferroli hawk 11 boiler is playing up.I have constant running hot water at all times but when i put my central heating on the boiler lights for the heating runs for a minute then nocks off.The boiler then repeats this nocking on and off for aslong as the boiler stays on but the central heating doesnot heat up. the pump seems to be working fine.
please can someone help me im freezeing
