The door on my AEG Lavamat 16810 Update will not open. I have left it for at least 30 mins after the completion of the wash/dry cycle but still it will not open. The drum is not full of water. The machine is not hot. Infact everything is functional with the exception of the door.
some machines doors use an air vacume. take the lid off and check if a clear pipe runs up from the door latch, this runs upto a square box make sure any pipes connected to this box have no water bubbles inside.
