This saw does not have a DCV fitted and is now impossible to start. It has Atom ignition.
The head/cyl casting has a some bulk cast into it that looks like it it could be intended for a DCV but it is unmachined. It appears that the vent goes through the cyl wall about a 1/4" from TDC!
Is this Kosher? Has anyone seen a DCV fitted in such a way?
