Mend Centurion Cooker Change Screws

Centurion cooker hood?

How do I change the bulbs on my Centurion cooker hood? I simply refuse to believe (and this is what it looks like...) that I have to unscrew 4 screws to get to the bulbs. The instruction for defective bulbs in the insturction manual is simply "change the bulb". Very infomative...
