replacng old for new 2 gang 2 way switch?

I have a light switch which contorls the hall and then also controls landing, the lading is also control from the landing area.
The wiring looks old. Basicallly I have 3 wires coming into an old box which has 4 feeds in. I then have anohter wire wcoming it which has a wire feeding one of the ther sockets.
I'm not sure what to do with the 3 live wires coming in as I only have 2 coms on the new switch.
The other 2 which link to one anoter I can nderstand.
