HOW DO I SOLVE A PROBLEM WITH MY GAF PROJECTOR?

ALL THE FUNCTIONS WORK FINE EXCEPT WHEN I TURN THE SELECTOR TO THE FORWARD POSITION.IT IS A MODEL #438-M5Z.I PULLED THE SIDE COVER AND DID NOT SEE ANYTHING WRONG.I DID NOTICE THAT THE WHEEL THAT IS SUPPOSED TO MOVE UPWARD TO POWER THE TAKE-UP REEL DID NOT DO SO.CAN ANYONE HELP ME?

Go to Auto Zone and get an inch or two of WINDSHIELD WASHER HOSE. All you need is a 1/4 inch or so. Press it over the outer portion of the roller not touching ( The old piece that was the decintigrated) the othe roller. Once pressed on gently cut the excess off so it is not touching the C-Clip. Presto, you are back in action.
