w580i not working at all?

i was downloading a vid when it stopped and then my screen just went blank. i tried to turn it back on but i got nothing then i gave it to a friend to fix which made it worst now it's not even charging i charged my battery in another 580i but now i don't know what else to do so i need all the help i can get. any help will be much appreciated so plz e-mail me at jamdown_sugadaddy@yahoo.com or dary_defairy@hotmail.com thanks
