Unless you get the car hooked up to a diagnostic code reader you will have no idea!!! it could be a serious problem that could cause irreperable damage to the engine or a sensor failed that the engine can live with, the diagnosis can cost from £25 from a tyre & exhaust place to £200+ from the car stealership
