How do I get pir light to come on? ?

My Auto twin spot floodlight sn3000 is supplied from the garage DB. I switched this off to do some other wiring, when I switched this back on the spotlights came on for approx 3 min, but will now not work on the auto settings ie:
at dusk as normal
