Mend Accenta Plus Security Keypad Code

Accenta Plus Alarm?

I have an Accenta plus keypad and alarm.
We put the power off to carry out electrical work for around one hour. On putting the power back on the alarm continually sounds. Our PIN No wont work.
What can be problem. Is their an engineer only code
