Diverter Valve Fitting???

Hi.

What position does a 3 port diverter valve have to be when fitting a new syncron motor?.

Does it need to be fitted clockwise or a anti-clockwise on the valve?.

If its just the synchron motor that you are replacing just change it like for like.Make a drawing of how it fits before you touch it as if you havent done many it can confuse you how it fits back.Remember to turn the power off before even thinking of changing it.
