Mend Tricity Bendix SI450 Timer

tricity bendix SI450 Timer?

There are no markings on the timer connections. I have a replacement stat for the main oven that refers to double tag 5 and small link F, connection 2, connection 6,and connection G/H on the timer but I don't know which is which. Can anyone help?
