How can I fix my Hotpoint 1100 washing machine?

How can I fix my hotpoint 1100 washing machine, it takes in and drains the water. But the drum does not turn round at all to do the wash, rinse or spin.

if you can open the back up on some have 2 wheel 1 big 1 small then you should see if it has not snapped a big what will look like a big rubber band if the band is not strong ,you will need anew one
