No matter how much we wind the till roll onto the spool it keeps coming off. Any ideas why?

There can be many reasons. I need a bit more info. if possible. Has it just started doing this? Is the takeup spool turning with each transaction? Have you inserted the end of the paper into the slot in the spool?
