THE UNIT WILL NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING FROM THE NEWS CHANNELS AND ALSO LOSES ANY PROGRAMME AFTER A SHORT WHILE, 5-20 MINS. USED ONLY ON FREESAT (NO SKY CONTRACT) ANY HELP WOULD BE GOOD!

I assume that you mean Freesat From Sky? Bin it and buy a proper Freesat box: SD £50, HD £120, PVR - don't know the prices. Any one of the above will plug into your existing coax and give you a better service. (In my opinion.) www.freesat.co.uk
