You will probably have to replace the switch with a new one. Only very rarely have I seen one stuck on for no apparent reason. Usually it is due to corrosion building up inside the switch. Turn power off, open control panel. remove one screw securing front of main controller box & lift it up until you can see the out of balance switch on the right. Disconnect the two wires & remove the switch. Put in new one & reconnect the two wires. Doesn't matter which way around the wires go.
