the drum has come loose?

I have an hotpoint aqaurius washing machine and the drum seems to have come loose because it is spinning but with a terrible thudding sound . can it be replace at what cost

My Aqurius has started thudding (so bad you think the drum is going to fly out the washing machine) during the alternated spin cycle but stops on full spin. Did you solve your problem? If so what did you do?
