usually this shower wont work unless hot tap in shower room hand basin is switched on and off .on occasions this does not cure it and the only way i can get it to go is by breaking the hot connection to the back of the shower inlet the pump then kicks in and i quickly re-tighten the nut.
is your pump running just the hot water? hare you placed a flow restricter into the cold feed side of the bar mixer? sounds like your cold water pressure is to high and not allowing the bar mixer enough time to let the hot water through!!!!!!!!!!!! may beeeeeeee!
