Mend Hotpoint WD440 Drum Plastic

how can I get into my drum washer/dryer Hotpoint WD440?

I have, I think a small plastic curtain hook that has got into the drum making an awful noise when washing. Also when I was using the dryer yesterday it went into a fast spin (maybe the hook caused this) Please can you let me know how to get behind the drum.

I have been fed up waiting for a reply that I have sorted the problem out myself (fingers crossed) I put the washer onto a Rinse and Spin, when it filled with water I switched it off and gave the washer a shake. I did this about 3 times and it seems to have flushed through whatever was making the noise. I hope this will help others with this problem. Regards Jane 44
