The drum in the machine is not turning. Set on quick wash to test. Can see water sitting bottom of drum, but no other sound, no motor? Machine only 2 1/2 years old. Is it going to be expensive to fix?
Had same problem. Sock had found its way into the drum and sealed of the exit
valve so it didnt drain therefore didnt run. Easy acess from underneath there is a 3\" (ish) diameter pipe comed from bottome of drun to pump outlet in pipe is a float ball . Put machine on its back and remove the pipe to clear the blockage. Obviously making sure its disconnected from the mains. Did that on mine and it miraculously burst into lifr
