Mend Dishlex Global 300 Dishwasher Water Leak Door Seal

Water leaks Dishlex Global 300?

The door seal seems to be perished along the top on each side of where the door latch makes contact. Is the rubbery seal just a push out job or do I need to do some dismantling to get it in and out. Also do you know where I can get a new seal. Thanks
