how do i fix brakes binding on ford mondeo?

My car has failed its mot beacuse the rear brakes are binding

probebly something to do with your brake callipers,but id have the pads looked at first,it could just be a stone caught inbetween the pad and disc[or drum],plus check ur handbrake is relesing properly.hope this helps...
