servis washing machine m68020 takes to long to cycle?

my 8kg servis washing machine takes too long to cycle about 3 times longer than it should . water supply is good . pump is getting noisy but still works ok . belt , brushes and drum turning all ok watched it closely on last wash timer went down to 2 mins then jumped back up to 20 mins
