missing spacers for ts8000?

I have a Tech Solutions TS8000. It runs OK but jams easily. I noticed that there are plastic spacers between the teeth that are missing and this is why the paper jams. it is clogged inbetween the teeth. can I purchase replacement spacers or do I need to buy a new shredder?
